Abstract
Ripeness detection robots on tomatoes can be used to simplify the company to choose ripe tomatoes. In the method of cable detection the writer uses the conversion process from RGB color image to HSV color image obtained by writing a mathematical formula to do RGB color conversion to HSV color into C # programming language in Visual Studio. Therefore, the writer takes this research on ripeness detection in tomatoes based on color fruit by using webcam as the final report. Many information that we will get from this webcam that will make the robot can operate like detecting ripeness in tomato that is not only in its own environment but also it can depend on the environment it faces.
