Abstract

Gedung Pasar 16 Ilir merupakan pusat perdagangan di kota Palembang. Pembangunan gedung Pasar 16 Ilir akan berakibat pada meningkatnya jumlah tarikan menuju pasar tersebut. Model tarikan yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda dengan data karakteristik kios dan pengunjung menuju Gedung Pasar 16 Ilir. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi model tarikan pengunjung adalah jumlah pengguna angkutan umum, jumlah pengguna motor dan jumlah pengguna mobil. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tarikan pengunjung di Gedung Pasar 16 Ilir yaitu : pengguna angkutan umum, pengguna motor dan pengguna mobil .Dimana jumlah pengguna angkutan umum lebih banyak dibandingkan jumlah pengguna motor dan mobil. Rata-rata jumlah pengunjung kios yang tertinggi adalah pada interval 51-60 pengunjung. Rata-rata terbanyak kios mempunyai pendapatan per bulan 21-30 juta rupiah per bulan. Gaji pegawai tiap kios berbeda-beda yang paling tertinggi adalah sebesar Rp. 31.000 - Rp. 35.000 dan terendah sebesar Rp. 15.000 - Rp. 20.000. Rata-rata jumlah barang yang terjual adalah 16-20 unit per hari dan rata-rata tingkat kedatangan pengunjung ke Gedung Pasar 16 Ilir sebanyak 2 kali per bulan. Model tarikan pengunjung gedung Pasar 16 Palembang adalah Y = 1,496 + 1,008X5 + 0,94X6+ 1,050X7 Kata kunci : pusat perdagangan, karakteristik kios, model tarikan
