Abstract
The mesitylene manufacturing plant with a capacity of 222,000 tons / year is planned to be established in 2022 which is located in Solo, Karanganyer Regency with an area of 7 hectares. The process of making mesitylene as a solvent material for research and industry and is used as a solution for developing photopattemable silicones is commonly used in the electronics industry, this refers to US Pat. 9,714,207 B2. The raw materials for making mesitylene are acetic acid and calcium oxide. The reaction takes place at the Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor reactor using a Sulfuric Acid catalyst at a temperature of 350oC and a pressure of 6atm This plant will be established as a limited liability company (PT) with a Line and Staff organization system, which is led by a Director with a total of 316 employees. Based on the economic analysis of the mesityleneini plant is feasible• Total Capital Investment
