Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan investasi, kebijakan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi kasus pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2017-2021). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 23 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan investasi dan kebijakan pendanaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
