Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan asam format kapasitas produksi 26.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2027 di daerah James Simandjuntak. Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Asam format pada pabrik ini disintesis melalui proses dekomposisi thermal dari ammonium format yang dihasilkan dari proses hidrogenasi pada ammonium bikarbonat dengan katalis Pd/C melalui reaktor Fixed Bed Reactor berdasarkan Patent WO 2021/053244 A1. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line dan staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 143 orang. Pabrik asam format layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment = US $ 40.883.038,7412 Selling price = US $ 63.238.695,0635 Total Production Cost = US $ 40.442.851,4587 Annual Cash Flow = US $ 19.119.393,5700 Pay Out Time = 2,1216 tahun Rate of Return on Investment = 39,0311% Discounted Cash Flow = 46,15% Break Event Point (BEP) = 30% Service Life = 11 tahun
