Abstract

Penentuan bobot kriteria merupakan hal penting dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, karena bobot kriteria sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil keputusan akhir. Dalam penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode pembobotan yaitu Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) dan Entropy yang dikombinasikan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan mengambil studi kasus mengenai pemilihan penerima bantuan pembangunan desa di kecamatan Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan enam kriteria yaitu kepadatan penduduk, sarana prasarana, akses desa, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pekerjaan dan kebutuhan pembangunan. Dari hasil kombinasi metode SMARTER dan SAW didapatkan hasil persentase akurasi yaitu sebesar 50% dengan euclidean distance 0,31838. Sedangkan metode Entropy dan SAW menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 83% dengan euclidean distance sebesar 0,07869 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi metode pembobotan Entropy dengan SAW lebih baik dibandingkan metode SMARTER dengan SAW dalam pemilihan penerima bantuan pembangunan desa.
