Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is the first indicator of the standard of a health facility and a measure of service quality. In this case it requires efforts to provide health services to maintain and improve the health status of the community, including dental and oral health services. Dental and oral health services are carried out to maintain and improve the health status of the community in the form of improving dental health and restoring dental health which is carried out in an integrated, integrated and sustainable manner. As for the efforts made by the government to realize health services, the establishment of the National Health Insurance program (JKN) is held through of Health Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS). This study aimed to analyze the level of patient satisfaction health social security administering bodies (BPJS) towards dental and oral service at the RSKGM, south sumatera province. Methods: This descriptive observasional study was conducted by collecting 165 sampels and then distributing questionnaires based on paper form to the patients BPJS Health through directly. The questionnaire were tested using validity and reliability test, and then the results of this study were using descriptive statistical test. Results: the Assurance got the highest percentage of satisfaction (100%), tangibles and responsiveness (98,8%), reliability (97,0%), while empathy got the lowest percentage of satisfaction from other dimensions (95,8%). Conclusion: this study assigned that majority of patients BPJS Healh were satisfied with all dimensions of health services given by RSKGM of south sumatera Province.
