Abstract
In facing various challenges, in 2015 several countries ratified the Sustainable Development Goalsbas a form of commitment to achieve common goals including of Indonesia. There are several goals, one of which is health, which is the basis of needs of each individual because it has a significant impact on many aspects including the strength of the country itself. This then becomes a goal for the Indonesian goverment to be implemented throughout Indonesia, including South Sumatera province, with several achievement indicators. Through the Presidential Regulation, SDGs become a responsibility that should be implemented by every local goverment to comply with the ratified Presidential Regulation. Using the concept of compliance proposed by Ronald B. Mitchell, which explains compliance in three indicators: Output, Outcome and Impact. The descriptive-qualitative method is used to explain the issues in the study. Thus, it can be known that the implementation of SDGs in Indonesia, specifically in South Sumatera province, especially in the health sector, has been implemented by the South Sumatera provincial government in accordance with the Presidential Regulation and has shown good results. It will still be implemented in the following years until the end of the SDGs in 2023. Keyword: Sustainable Development Goals, Health, South Sumatra
