Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. The population of this study is the total number of operational employees on Echelon V in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja, which amounts to 582 employees. This study uses stratified random sampling technique with the number of respondents 85 people. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that training had significant effect on employee performance.
