Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of earning per share, debt to equity and return on equity to dividend payout ratio for the LQ 45 companies listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEf). The data U1at used in this research was secondary data that obtained through the company's financial statements. The population of this research was all LQ 45 companies that listed on the Stock Exchange in the period of 2013 to 2016. The sample was determined by using Purposive sampling method, there are 26 firm were selected as sample. Techniques analysis in this research showed earning per share had positive significant effect to dividend payout ratio. Debt to equity ratio had not significant effect to dividend payout ratio. Return on equity had negative significant effect to dividend payout ratio. This research has theoritical and practical implications of each independent and dependent variable.
