Abstract

This study aims to analyze the etfoct of Investment Opportunity Set, Asset Growth dan Firm Size to dividend policy on automotive and components companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The data obtained from the general statement of automotive companies and components. The sample is detennined based on purposive sampling method, so that a sampel of 9 companies can be obtained. Data analysis techniques in the study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that Investment Opportunity Set had a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Asset Growth and Firm Size had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. For further research, this study recommend to add other variables such as financing investment, net working capital capital, return on equity and others.
