Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction in organizing soccer sports events at the Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium in Jakabaring Sport City, especially in terms of infrastructure. This research is a descriptive study with a survey method. The sample in this study was 40 spectators who had witnessed a live football match at the Gelora Sriwijaya Jakabaring Sport City, which were selected using nonprobality sampling technique (purposive sampling). Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main data and interviews as supporting data, then the questionnaire was analyzed using a descriptive survey research method. The results of this research are descriptive, namely consumer satisfaction with the implementation of a football sport event at the Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium in Jakabaring Sport City, very dissatisfied with the aspects of responsiveness (83%), dissatisfaction with aspects of tangibles (68%), empathy (78%), reliability (75%), and is neutral on the aspect of assurances (55%). Furthermore, it can be concluded that consumer satisfaction in organizing football sports events at Glora Sriwijaya JSC Stadium is not satisfied. The suggestion of this research is that it can become a recommendation for PT JSC to be improved optimally in order to meet consumer satisfaction
