Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Metil asetat berkapasitas 80.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan untuk didirikan pada tahun 2023 yang berlokasi di daerah pengembangan industri Kasemen, Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten dengan luas area 10,134 hektar. Proses pembuatan Metil asetat ini mengacu pada US Patent No 032.9450 A1. Reaksi ini berlangsung pada reaktor Multi Tubular Fixed Bed menggunakan katalis H-mordenite pada temperatur 300oC dan tekanan 32 atm. Pabrik pembuatan Metil asetat ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter sebagai berikut:  Biaya Investasi = US $ 58.745.101,162  Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 240,000,000.00  Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 172,952,973.364  Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 46,932,918.644  Pay Out time = 1,04 tahun  Rate of return on investment = 79,892 %  Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 87,094 %  Break Even Point = 38,196 %  Service Life = 11 tahun
