Abstract

WILDAYANA) This study aims to measure 1) measure the condition of human capital, natural resource capital, social capital, financial capital, and physical capital of tidal land farming households in Mulia Sari Village Tanjung Lago Sub-District Banyuasin Regency 2) analyze the income earned by farmer household tidal land in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Sub-District, Banyuasin Regency 3) analyze the correlation between human capital, natural resource capital, social capital, financial capital, and physical capital with income of tidal land farmer in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Sub-District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Sub-District of Banyuasin Regency The location selection was done intentionally. Field data collection has been conducted in October 2017 until November 2017. The method used is survey method, with sampling method used is simple random sampling. The number of samples taken as many as 30 families from 800 families. The results showed that the measurement of capital in tidal land farmer households in Mulia Sari Village based on five indicators namely human capital, natural resource capital, social capital, financial capital, and physical capital get index value of 0,69 are in high criteria. Meanwhile, the average total household income of tidal land farmers in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Banyuasin Regency for one year is Rp 52.180.751 with average income on rice farming activities of Rp 13.198.880, non-rice farming of Rp 37.698.538, non farming of Rp 1283.332. Based on spearman correlation test indicate that there is correlation between natural resource capital, social capital with tidal land farming income in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Sub-District of Banyuasin Regency. There is a correlation between natural resource capital, social capital with household income of tidal land farmer in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago Sub-District of Banyuasin Regency.
