Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan whistleblowing system, budaya organisasi, anti-fraud awareness, dan penggunaan teknologi terhadap pencegahan kecurangan (fraud prevention). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik slovin digunakan sebagai penentu jumlah sampel yang menghasilkan sebanyak 144 karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan melakukan sebuah survei menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dimana data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa whistleblowing system tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud prevention dalam pengelolaan dana perusahaan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi, anti-fraud awareness, dan penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap fraud prevention dalam pengelolaan dana perusahaan.
