Abstract
Antimicrobial resistance and spectrum infection of Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are still serious problem in the world1. Many studies showed that Skin and Soft Tissue Infections (SSTI) commonly caused by MRSA with Staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) type IV2. Another study showed that others type of SCCmec were possible exist in SSTI
