Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi dapat mempengaruhi niat auditor pemerintah untuk melakukan whistleblowing. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara meminta kepada responden (auditor BPK Sumatera Selatan) untuk mengisi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh terhadap niat auditor untuk melakukan whistleblowing dan persepsi dukungan organisasi memperkuat hubungan antara sikap dan persepsi kontrol perilaku auditor untuk melakukan whistleblowing. Kata kunci : whistleblowing , auditor pemerintah , persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi
