Abstract
This study aims to examine the Elasticity and ontribution of electricity service to PDBR electricity subsector in Palembang City in 2013-2017. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research is the acceptance of electric service able to give positive impact in the form of donation or contribution to PDBR Sub Sector of electricity area of Palembang City, this is proved by contribution of income PT PLN (Persero) in theperiod 2013-2017 is able to contribute 250 percent with the amount of revenue from electricity revenues 319 million with an average of 284 thousand subscribers and the level of elasticity of electricity receipts to PDBR electricity subsector included in elastic criteria, with the level of elasticity per year more than 1 (F>1) or 11,74% percent
