Abstract

Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Kotabumi II di tahun 2021, dermatitis kontak berada di urutan 5 dengan kasus terbanyak di derita di Kotabumi. Observasi pra-survei diketahui bahwa di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda diketahui bahwa terdapat 31 orang (20,12%) dari 178 santri yang menderita dermatitis kontak selama tahun 2021. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan personal hygiene dan faktor lingkungan fisik dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Kotabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai alpha 0,05 (95%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara personal hygiene dan faktor lingkungan fisik di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda, dimana variabel personal hygiene (kebersihan handuk, kebersihan tempat tidur, kebiasaan mengganti pakaian, intensitas mandi) memiliki nilai p = 0.00, kebersihan lingkungan memiliki nilai p = 0.00, suhu dengan nilai p = 0.00, serta kelembaban diperoleh nilai p = 0.00. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat adalah personal hygiene nilai Prevalence Ratio sebesar 7.07. Disarankan pada santri/wati Ponpes Nurul Huda agar dapat menerapkan personal hygiene lebih baik lagi dan menjaga serta memelihara kebersihan lingkungan secara rutin dan berkala.
