Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Konstruksi Religiusitas Dalam Jama’ah Tabligh (Study Life History Jama’ah Tabligh Di Masjid Al-Burhan Palembang). Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana latar belakang yang mempengaruhi mereka sehingga ikut Jama’ah Tabligh, pengalaman sadar dan makna dakwah Jama’ah Tabligh. Dalam menganalisa digunakan teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode life history dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa data primer melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumentasi. Informan dalam peelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik Purposive sampling dengan mengambil enam orang informan yang terdiri dari lima informan utama yakni mantan anak nakal yang sudah hijrah ikut Jama’ah Tabligh dan dua orang informan pendukung yakni pengurus Jama’ah Tabligh bagian pelajar dan seorang ustadz di Jama’ah Tabligh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat latar belakang yang mempengaruhi mantan anak nakal untuk hijrah yaitu pengaruh yang diberikan orang tua, pengaruh dari teman sebaya (teman sepermainan), lalu pengaruh dari diri sendiri. Pengalaman sadar mereka yaitu terdapat proses mengenal islam, proses pemberian nilai dan motif yang berorientasi pada masa lalu. Makna dakwah Jama’ah Tabligh bagi mantan anak nakal yaitu mereka menganggap dakwah Jam’ah Tabligh sebagai wadah edukasi tentang islam untuk memperdalam ilmu agama.
