IJisiplin kcrja dupul L<betlluk okibat adanya sc-buoh kesudaran dari karyaw,m tcrhudnp aturnn yang 1idJ, Ji perusaliaan, sedangJum kcsadarnn nknn limbul npabila tcrdapat sebuah dorongan baik bt:rasul dari dalam maupun ~ri luor pribo.di karyawan itu sendiri, dorongan ini di:;Qbul jUSII sebagru motivasi. Penelitinn ini bcrtujuan untuk mcngclahul apakah tcrdapal pc:ngMJh motivasi kcrja lcrhadap disiplin kcrja kill')'41\'3ll di PT. 1,in~ Cargo Cabang Palemhruig. Varinbcl dalm:n penelitian ini adalah motivasi kctj• (Variabcl X) dan tlisiplin kerja (Varfobc Y). l'enelitian ini mcru~k•n ponelilian deskriptif don k.twntillltif deugan populasi st:bonyak 53 orang, MolOdo pcngurnp'11an dala yang digunuknn adalah ooocrvasi dcni;un men1bagikan angkcl 1<.c-piuJu para karyawan. Data dulam analisis ini diolah dtngun menggunakan program Stutlstlca/ for Prod11c1 and Ser.•ict Shlut/011 (SPSS} vcrsi 21.0. llasil JlCllClitinn ini rnemmjukkan bahwa variabd motivo.qi ketja bcrpcng11ruh terhndnp disiplin k(zjll k111yuwwi di PT. Llngga Cnrg11 Cubun& Palembang, Hal ini diumjukkan d~n di]X1rolob nilai korelasi (r} = 59,7¾ dan koe6sien detenninasi (R1) " 35,7%.
