Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Kemiskinan, Upah Minimum Provinsi, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, dan Rata-rata Lama Sekolah terhadap Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berupa data time series tahun 2017 sampai 2021 dan data cross section pada sepuluh provinsi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chow, uji Hausman, dan uji Lagrange Multiplier, model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Common Effect Model (CEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Kemiskinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia, Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia, dan Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia.
