Abstract

The aim is to find out how the influence of the physical work environment on work stress on Teachers of SMP Negeri 01 Madang Tribe III. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample of 46 teachers, the analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study proved that the H1 hypothesis which stated that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on work stress for teachers at SMP Negeri 01 Madang Suku III was accepted.
