Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) Calculating coco husk agro industry income (2) Analyzing added value of coconut processed products, cocofiber and cocopeat. This research was conducted in Sumber Marga Telang Sub District Banyuasin Regency in December 2017. The research method used was case study method This method was done directly to the research location by using questionnaire and direct interview. The data collected were primary and secondary data. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded (1) The total income received by coconut husk agroindustry in one month was IDR. 146.637.501 which consists of the total income of cocofiber was IDR 112.238.791 and the total income of cocopeat was IDR. 34.398.710. (2) Based on the calculation of added value that has been done, the two products produced by coconut husk agroindustry able to produce added value. The value added of cocofiber product was IDR 972 per kilogram and cocopeat product IDR. 276 per kilogram.
