Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Gross Fixed Capital Formation, trade openness, open unemployment rate, and inflation on inclusive economic growth in Kalimantan Island. The study utilizes secondary data in the form of panel data, comprising cross-sectional data from five provinces in Kalimantan and time series data from 2015 to 2021. The analytical technique employed is panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model. The research findings indicate that the variables of Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB), trade openness, and Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) do not have a significant impact on inclusive economic growth in Kalimantan Island. However, the inflation variable shows a negative and significant influence on inclusive economic growth in Kalimantan Island.
