Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of growth opportunity on the company's capital structure. The population in this study are all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. Selection of research samples using purposive sampling method, the sample in this study amounted to 9 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Data was processed using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that growth opportunities had a significant effect on the company's capital structure.
