Abstract
This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and job mutations on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The population in this study are all permanent employees of the Sumbagsel Regional Office of Employment BPJS in 2022-2023 with a total of 100 employees. In this study, the respondents in this study were all permanent employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in 2022-2023 with a total of 100 employees and all of them were the number of respondents in this study using the census technique method. The results of multiple linear analysis show that transformational leadership style and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a dominant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style, expect the role of superiors to be evaluated. Superiors are expected to be able to provide enthusiasm and appreciation for the results of employee performance by giving awards to employees who provide good performance results and achievements. Work mutations, it is hoped that the process for this rotation needs to be adjusted again. Where, if employees are often given job rotation, employees have to change their work environment and living environment.
