Abstract

Latar belakang: Intensitas kebisingan yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja bagi pekerja yang terpapar selama 8 jam sehari. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa 92 dBA ditemukan di PT. Sunan Karet yang menunjukkan bahwa itu melebihi. Intensitas kebisingan yang melebihi Nilai Batas Nilai Ambang Batas adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kebisingan, umur, status gizi, waktu kerja, masa kerja pekerja dengan kelelahan kerja bagi pekerja di PT. Sunan Karet Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan populasi yang semuanya pekerja, sampelnya adalah 47 pekerja, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan chi square dan fisher exact. Hasil: Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 70,2% pekerja menderita kelelahan kerja. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, variabel terkait, seperti kebisingan (nilai p: 0,013), usia (nilai-p: 0,015), waktu kerja (nilai-p 0,002), kerja massal (nilai-p: 0,011), dan variabel yang tidak terkait , status gizi (p-value 0,871). Kesimpulan: Peneliti menyarankan bahwa harus ada pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala, pengorganisasian istirahat kerja dan pengaturan rotasi dan menyediakan tempat khusus untuk beristirahat atau berbaring untuk mencegah risiko kelelahan kerja di Industri Karet di PT. ABSTRACT Background: Noise intensity that exceeds tthe Threshold Valuecan cause work fatigue for workers that is exposed for 8 hours a day. The result of the initial survey shows that 92 dBA was found in PT. Sunan Rubber which shows that it exceeds. Noise intensity that exceeds the Threshold Limit Limit Value is one of the factors that can cause work fatigue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of noise, age, nutritional status, work time, mass work of workers to work were fatigue for workers in PT. Sunan Rubber Methods: This study used a cross sectional design with a population which were all workers, the sample was 47 workers, the sampling technique used sample random sampling.
