Abstract
Zooplankton in a water has an important role as an indicator to measure the level of productivity of waters. The abundance of zooplankton present in waters may reflect the level of available food availability as well as the capacity and carrying capacity of the environment that supports biota life. This research aims to analyze the abundance and distribution of zooplankton types as well as analyze community structure and physical and chemical aquatic parameter relationships. This research was conducted in October 2022 at the Banyuasin Estuaria Waters. The study was divided into 15 station points to represent several predetermined points. The resulting data is a type of zooplankton from identification on a microscope, and data processing using Microsoft Excel. The results showed a type of zooplankton that in the Banyuasin estuarial waters have been found 14 taxa of 4 phyluums.Banyuasin estuarial waters have zooplankton abundances ranging from 3539 - 27601 ind/m3, with medium diversity index values, moderate to high uniformity and dominance of no one dominating
