Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between emotion regulation BPJS patients with perceptions of service quality in RSUD X. The study hypothesis that there is relationship between emotion regulation BPJS patients with perceptions of service quality in RSUD X. Study population was a BPJS patients who have received health services at RSUD X with unknown number of samples. The research sample is 100 person and to try out is 50 person, used incidental sampling. Emotion regulation dan perceptions of service quality was measured by the scale which refers to aspects of emotion regulation from Gross and Thompson and aspects of perceptions of service quality from Walgito and Parasuraman. The study used pearson’s product moment correlation to analyze the data. The result showed that there is significant relationship between emotion regulation and perceptions of service quality as proven by p-value = 0,001 (p<0,05 ; r = 0,342). Therefore, the proposed hypothesis is acceptable.
