Abstract

The many television program that showed by local television in Indonesia. so that make TVR1 of Sumsel as a Public Broadcasting Institution set a. ide with the varied program. As a Public Broadcasting Institution programs. programs that showed on TVRJ Sumsel do not have a rating, but TVRJ Sumsel still broadcasts that programs accordrng the schedule. ''Pesona Indonesia" include several stages, such from program planning, program production and purcashing, program execution, and program monitoring & evaluation. The research method using qualitatif search method with semistructur interviews, non-participant observation, and collecting data from the object. This research also use descriptive analysis which mean to collect the injo1-mation from the researcher know how the strategy program ''Pesona Indonesia " TVRI Sumsel can be broadcast very well. The result sowed that strategy management program pesona Indonesia" at TVRJ of Sum el it lffJS done corect/y and according lo hroadcasting standard. And the condusion is the proces of strategy management program "Pesona Indonesia '' at TVRJ of Sumsel it was through the stages Peter Pringel; program planning, program production and purcashing, program execution, and program monitoring & evaluation.
