Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the procedure for granting credit to PT. BPR Prima Abadi Fund and to analyze whether internal control in granting credit to PT. BPR Prima Dana Abadi has been adequately designed and implemented effectively. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data of this study were obtained from interviews, documentation, and observations. The results of the analysis and research show that internal control over the provision of credit at PT. BPR Prima Dana Abadi has been quite effective because it has been in accordance with established procedures and has met the elements of internal control according to COSO.
