Abstract
Lemna sp. is a small aquatic plant that is currently receiving a lot of attention because of its potential as an ingredient in animal feed, biological fertilizer, and sustainable food. This research aims to construct the diversity of associated bacteria isolated from Lemna aequinoctialis. Based on identification by using 16S rRNA gene sequences with PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification from eight bacteria isolates, they showed high similarity (>98%) comparing to type strain in EzBioCould. They are categorized into three phylum: Proteobacteria (4 isolates), Actinobacteria (3 isolates), and Bacteroidetes (1 isolate). Phylogenetic tree analysis stated that the Bacteriodestes phylum is in the Outgroup branch, or the type of phylum that is most distantly related. The result can be contributed to Biology learning with basic competence 3.5 Identify the structure, habbits, reproduction, and role of bacteria in life presented as a booklet with the results of calculating by Content Validity Ratio (CVR) is 11 and by Content Validity Index (CVI) is 1 in the valid category.
