Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bentuk interaksi sosial penduduk migran dengan penduduk non migran di Desa Tanjung Pule. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah delapan orang yaitu dari penduduk migran dan penduduk non migran yang bertempat tinggal sejak berdirinya Desa Tanjung Pule. Penganalisisan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teknik penilaian untuk memeriksa keabsahan data adalah triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuknya proses interaksi sosial antara penduduk migran dengan penduduk non migran yang ditandai terjalinnya hubungan interaksi yang mengarah pada penyatuan atau bentuk asosiatif seperti: kooperatif, akomodasi, asimilasi dan akulturasi serta bentuk interaksi sosial disosiatif yang mengarah pada perpecahan: persaingan, kontravensi dan konflik, dimana hanya bentuk persaingan yang terlihat. Selain itu, terdapat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya interaksi sosial yang terdiri dari simpati, imitasi, keterbukaan dan tenggang rasa
