Abstract

This study aimed to find out about collaborative governance in implementing the Perlindungana Anak Terpadu Berbasis Masyarakat (PATBM) program in Palembang City. Perlindungan Anak Terpadu Berbasis Masyarakat (PATBM) is one of the programs established by the Ministry Of Women Empowerment And Child Protection which aims to prevent cases of violence against children and is expected to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the welfare of children both in the short and long term. The existence of the program certainly requires cooperation between parties in implementing it. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the collaborative process of implementing the PATBM program in Palembang City is going quite well by involving activists, the community, and Regional Organizations related to child protection. With the collaboration in the PATBM program, the community can report incidents to local activists, these activists respond quickly so that cases that occur are resolved quickly. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the collaboration, namely the Decision Letter made by the Palembang City PPPAPM Office only for activists, there is no written cooperation agreement for each Regional Organization involved in child protection. In addition, face-to-face dialogue conducted by related parties has not been carried out routinely, so the collaboration process has not been maximized.
