Abstract
Son is the candidate leader and successor to the noble aspirations of the Indonesian nation. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the likelihood of children becoming child labourers around the world, especially in Indonesia. The Indonesian government is committed to eliminating child labor, and the International Labour Organization helps address the problem of child labor in Indonesia. According to Clive Archer, the three main functions of international organizations are as instruments, arenas, and actors. Using qualitative descriptive methods with secondary data sources. The role of international organizations as an arena in this regard can be understood that the ILO forms a forum and is a bridge/connector of communication for the actors of member states. In this respect, the role of the International Organization as an actor can be interpreted as being that the International Labour Organization (ILO) is able to be a pioneer of the existing policies in member states, acting independently as a collector of information, a communicator, and a provider of an overview of the conditions of child labour. Participation of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in minimizing the growth of child labour in Indonesia as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
