Abstract

In an effort to develop national Industry and economy alongside improvement of state technological development level thus the government realize the need to attract investor to help implement those need especially with willing investor country, one of the skill the nation want to develop in its process is to transform Indonesia which capable in developing domestic electric car. With the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between government of Indonesia and South Korean company like LGES in the development of an electric car company in Batang, Central Java which become one of the prove in the development of Indonesia electric car in coming days. This research is conducted using literature reviews in collecting data based of book, journal, script, research report and available article. Analysis of the available data is conducted through descriptive qualitative analytical technique which stress in depth analysis of the gained data based on conclusion at the end of discussion.
