Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan asam sulfat berkapasitas 145.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri tahun 2028 di Desa Sumber Arum, Kecamatan Kerek, Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur, dengan perkiraan luas area pabrik seluas 5 ha. Proses pembuatan asam sulfat ini mengacu pada paten nomor EP 3904279A1, dimana menggunakan flue gas sebagai bahan baku dengan dibantu katalis Vanadium pentoksida (V2O5). Proses reaksi berlangsung di dalam dua reaktor berjenis fixed bed reactor dengan kondisi operasi reaktor pertama yaitu 420oC dan reaktor kedua pada 375oC. Tekanan yang digunakan pada kedua reaktor adalah sebesar 1,5 atm. Bentuk badan usaha yang diterapkan merupakan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem struktur organisasi berupa Line and Staff. Pengelolaan perusahaan dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan total karyawan sejumlah 187 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik asam sulfat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 58.181.080,69 Selling Price/Year = US$ 50.750.000,00 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 18.162.033,19 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 27.042.504,95 Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,96 Tahun Rate of Return Investment (ROR) = 39,2079% Discounted Cash Flow = 45,7423% Break Even Point (BEP) = 22,6705% Service Life = 11 Tahun
