Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Total Quality Management and Organizational Culture on the perception of financial performance. The population of this study is a Bank in the city of Palembang as many as 14 banks. The sample in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The researcher chose the Middle Level Manager of each bank as the respondent. This research is a quantitative research. The source of data used in this study is the primary data collected through a questionnaire survey directly. Data analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with the help of statistical Program fo Special Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study indicate that 1) the application of total quality management has no influence on the perception of financial performance, 2) The application of organizational culture has an influence on the perception of financial performance.
