Abstract

This study aims to analyze the treatment of akad tijara in Padang restaurants in Palembang City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to provide a detailed description of the akad tijarah treatment at Padang restaurants. The data collection method in this study used interviews and documentation techniques. Types of data using primary data through in-depth interviews with semi-structured interviews (in-depth interviews) and other secondary data supporting. The results of the research show that there are differences in treatment in the implementation of the akad tijarah in each restaurant. However, these differences still have positive values from Maqashid Syariah.
