Abstract

This research aims to analyze Debt and Liquidity Policy on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies in the sub sector Food and Beverage listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2022. The population in this study was 39 companies. This research was conducted using the method Purposive Sampling with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to the specified criteria. The number of samples obtained was 21 companies. The method used to analyze the datas multiple linear analysis. Based on the research results, Debt Policy, Liquidity and Profitability have a significant positive effect on Company Value. Debt and Liquidity Policies have a significant effect on Profitability. Profitability can mediate the relationship between liquidity and company value, while debt policy on company value cannot be mediated by profitability.
