Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover ratio on profit growth in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample for this research is the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling of 60 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results showed that the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. Debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. Inventory turnover ratio has no effect on profit growth. The results of the model fit test show that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover ratio affect profit growth in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period.
