Abstract

Analisa dinamik pada perencanaan struktur bangunan tahan gempa dilakukan jika diperlukan evaluasi yang lebih akurat dari gaya-gaya gempa yang bekeija pada struktur, serta untuk mengetahui perilaku dari struktur akibat pengaruh gempa yang sifatnya berulang. Pada struktur bangunan dengan tinggi lebih dari 40 (empat puluh) meter atau struktur bangunan dengan bentuk / konfigurasi yang tidak beraturan, analisis dinamik diperlukan untuk mengevalusi secara akurat respon dinamik yang terjadi dari struktur. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk analisis yaitu menggunakan metode analisis Ragam Spektrum Respon (spectral Modal Analysis). Di Indonesia, peraturan atau pedoman standar yang mengatur perencanaan dan pelaksanaan beton bertulang telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan dan pembaharuan, yakni dari Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia 1955 (PBI 1955) kemudian PBI 71, kemudian Standar Tata cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Nomor : SK SNI T-15-1991-03 dan seterusnya. Metode perhitungan menggunakan dua peraturan yaitu SNI T-15-1991-03 dan SNI 03-1726-2002 kedaiam suatu bentuk komparasi (perbandingan) mulai dari zona gempa, faktor reduksi, gaya geser horisontal hingga sampai penulangan struktur balok bertulangnya. Sehingga diperoleh suatu rasio sejauh mana peraturan tersebut telah mengalami perubahan.
