Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Keluarga Baba Wedding Organizer dalam membangun brand image. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori bauran pemasaran atau marketing mix 7P oleh Kotler, Killer, Brady, Goodman, dan Hansen dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif serta pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keluarga Baba Wedding Organizer memiliki proses strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan dan berhasil membentuk brand image dimata public. Dalam pemasarannya Keluarga Baba telah melakukan pemasaran konsisten dalam mempertahankan ciri khas. Meskipun masih mendapatkan komentar dari konsumen terkait pelayanannya, pihak terkait akan terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan sesuai yang diharapkan konsumen. Demi menjaga brand image yang telah dibentuk Keluarga Baba sebaiknya meningkatkan pengawasan pada penyampainya jasa dengan memperbanyak evaluasi dan pelatihan kepada karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Pemasaran, Brand Image
