Abstract

Planning Palembang Boutique Hotel is an attempt to consider the reasons tourists looking for something different from the look and atmosphere of the famous hotels , especially hotels in Palembang . Its location is in the region of Palembang Gutters Ants , which is a region with its own distinct characteristics with the surrounding environment. This plan includes the function of the hotel, public facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, spa, conventionhall, and restaurants . The theme and style of a hotel becomes the distinguishing aspects of the hotel with other hotels , so the design principle of Palembang 's Boutique Hotel is unique , original , sustainable . concepts used are planning green architecture that will implement all the things that are environmentally friendly such as the green open spaces , greenroof , wastewater filtration , recycling materials and saving on energy usage . The design itself will adapt the art deco architecture of the buildings around the site , regardless of the relationship between " process M and " product " . The targets of this plan is to bring local and foreign tourists.
