Abstract

WindaAuliaPratiwi:mplementation of the Palembang City Government Regulation Number 03 of 2007 concerning the Establishment of RT / RW in the PlajuUlu Village, Plaju District This research was motivated by the problem of the number of household heads (KK) of each RT not according to the capacity set in the Palembang City Regulation No. 03 of 2007 chapter III article 4 paragraph 1, and also the number of RTs and RWs did not match the minimum and maximum limits regulated in the Palembang City Regulation No. 03 of 2007 chapter III article 4 paragraph 2. While the type of this research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. This study was conducted with a population of 61 respondents, namely RT and RW in PlajuUluSubdistrict, Plaju District, Palembang City, and carried out between May and October 2018. And data collection methods were completed by questionnaire distribution, observation and structured interviews. From the results of the study, it was found that the level of compliance and smoothness of the Palembang City Government Regulation No. 03 of 2007 concerning the establishment of RT / RW was categorized as quite successful. However, the performance and impact in the Palembang City Government Regulation No. 03 of 2007 concerning the establishment of RT / RW still in the unsuccessful category. Nevertheless, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Palembang City Government Regulation No. 03 of 2007 concerning the establishment of RT / RW has been carried out quite successfully.
