Abstract
This study aims to know the level of social program high school students? motivation and learning outcomes after the implementation of role playing model in learning mathematics. The study was descriptive-quantitative. The subjects were 117 students grade XI social program in SMA N 16 Palembang. The data were collected through questionnaire and test. Questionnaire is used to determine the level of students? motivation, while the test is used to determine students? learning outcomes. The results show that the role playing model can improve level of students? motivation and learning outcomes. Key words: Motivation, learning outcomes, Mathematics for social program, role playing model.
