Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sepsis neonatorum memiliki tingkat morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi pada neonatus. Pemeriksaan kultur darah masih menjadi gold-standard dalam mendiagnosis kasus ini, tetapi prosesnya yang cukup lama membutuhkan pemberian terapi empiris sampai didapatkan hasilnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan data pola kepekaan bakteri yang paling umum ditemukan secara rutin untuk menentukan terapi empiris yang sesuai. Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional menggunakan data rekam medik dan data hasil laboratorium di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode Januari 2019 – Juni 2023 dengan total sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Keseluruhan data tersebut diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel Office 2019 dan SPSS versi 27 yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi deskriptif. Hasil: Terdapat 117 isolat bakteri dengan sembilan jenis yang berbeda dari hasil kultur darah dan telah dilakukan uji sensitivitas terhadap antibiotik. CoNS adalah bakteri Gram positif yang paling banyak ditemukan dengan sentivitas paling tinggi terhadap tigesiklin dan quinupristin/dalfopristin. Klebsiella pneumoniae ditemukan sebagai bakteri Gram negatif terbanyak dengan sensitivitas paling tinggi terhadap tigesiklin. Kesimpulan: Didapatkan resistensi yang cukup tinggi terhadap terapi lini pertama penanganan sepsis neonatorum (sefalosporin generasi ketiga) di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
