Abstract
The industrial revolution 4.0 is an era where all aspects of life allow digitalization including work, for that students must prepare for good career maturity, one of the factors that affect career maturity in individuals, namely the economic level of parents. This study aims to determine the level of career maturity of students in terms of the economic level at UPT SMA N 01 Indralaya. . This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out by random sampling technique, the sample consisted of 160 students from several class XII populations at UPT SMA N 01 Indralaya. Data collection was carried out using a likert scale with 60 items and a checklist with 9 items distributed directly. The results of the overall research for the level of UPT SMA N 01 Indralaya students are the level The career maturity rate is very high 16%, for the high career maturity level 33%, for the medium career maturity level the percentage is 37%, for the low career maturity level the percentage is 13%, for the career maturity level is very low, and for career maturity seen based on the economic level shows that the level of individual career maturity at the high economic level is dominated by the medium category with a percentage of 38%, For the level of individual career maturity at the medium economic level, it is dominated in the medium category with a percentage of 33% and for the level of individual career maturity at the high economic level, it is dominated by the low category with a percentage of 27% Keywords : Career Maturity, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Economic Level
