Abstract

The title of this research is the Effectiveness of Managing PAUD Operational Assistance Fund Management (BOP-PAUD) in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, the use of funds that are not in accordance with applicable regulations becomes the background of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of operational aid funds in the Muara Penimbung village. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques carried out through: Observation and interviews and documentation. After checking its validity, the data are analyzed by presenting the data as well as being analyzed and drawing conclusions. The theoretical approach in this study uses the theory of effectiveness of Martani and Lubis, where the organization can be said to be effective if the organization can fully achieve the targets set. The conclusion of the research in general results that the Management of Operational Assistance Funds for Organizing PAUD (BOP-PAUD) in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency has not been effective, because it is not in accordance with the technical manual for the implementation of BOP set by the Director General of Early Childhood Education.
